With the best carefully handpicked Grillo grapes, coming from vineyards trained with guyot the system, we produce the “Vigna di Pettineo” selection. It has a straw yellow color, a refined and persistent bouquet, a vibrant and lovely acidity, with a length aftertaste of boisé fragrances.

Vinification / Cryo-maceration for 12 hours with the skins. Start of fermentation at low temperature in steel and completion of fermentation in French oak tonneaux for 6 months, followed by 3 months in steel and 6/9 months in bottle.
Color / Bright straw yellow. Aroma / Citrusy and honeyed. Taste / Fresh, aromatic, vibrant. Pairings / Dishes with white meats, grilled fish. Serving temperature / 10°-12°C.
