Organic wheat Spaghetti

From our cultivations of “Russello” type organic wheat, this dry pasta is born, which we offer in the classic spaghetti format. The construction technique involves a bronze drawing and a long drying at low temperature, which do not alter the original characteristics of the product. From the rough texture and the characteristic taste of untreated flour, it goes perfectly with robust sauces or with good home-made capuliato.
